accounting fees in addition to the standard Strata Management fee. This

to your Strata plan. We have four levels of service and have a
spread of customers across all these levels. Each level of service is tailored
to meet your exact needs. We do not believe in a one size fits all approach.
Our on-site presence will not be
restricted to attendance just at the AGM, as is the case with many
other Strata Management companies. We expect our first interaction
with you during this process to be onsite and we make it a point to visit
your property several times a year.
We deeply
understand the concerns you may have in regards to how your Strata monies
are being managed. As a result, we have invested heavily in technology to
provide all owners in your Strata Plan access to your financial statements,
copies of scanned invoices and other important document records, on a monthly basis,
over the web, at no extra cost.
