Handbook which sets out the rights and responsibilities of the
Owners Corporation and individual owners clearly.
This is the industry body that governs the ethics of its
members. Guardian Strata Management in Sydney is a Corporate Member of this industry body.
This is a useful 'search enabled' website that allows you to
quickly search on a legal term and return all the clauses in the
Act that contain that term. Its a great tool in understanding
the linkages between clauses in the Act.
