You should use this form to seek permission from your Strata Plan Executi ve (Owners Corporation) where any changes are intended to be made to common property. Many Strata Plans have special by-laws in place for the installation of:

• Air Conditioning Units
• Hard Tile / Wood Floor Coverings
• Foxtel
• Satellite Dish
• Skylights

To minimise the possibility of the Owners Corporation taking action against you, it is sensible to seek permission for what you are intending on doing as it relates to affecting common property. If you go ahead with any installation prior to gaining written permission you may be required to remove the items at your own cost and you will also have to repair any damage to common property at your own cost.

Your request will be forwarded to the Executive Committee and they will advise when they intend on holding their next Executive Committee meeting to formally consider your request.  We will advise you of the expected timeframe for either approval or formal response.
